{"id":303,"date":"2021-06-15T08:01:49","date_gmt":"2021-06-15T08:01:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.emlakalsat.com.tr\/?p=303"},"modified":"2021-06-15T08:04:30","modified_gmt":"2021-06-15T08:04:30","slug":"kentsel-donusum-kira-yardimi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.emlakalsat.com.tr\/index.php\/2021\/06\/15\/kentsel-donusum-kira-yardimi\/","title":{"rendered":"Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Kira Yard\u0131m\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Binalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 6306 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun (Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Kanunu) \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yenileyebilece\u011fimizi, yasa ile taraf\u0131n\u0131za sa\u011flanan t\u00fcm olanaklardan yararlanabilece\u011finizi biliyor musunuz?<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>6306 SAYILI Afet Risk Alt\u0131ndaki Alanlar\u0131n D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi Hakk\u0131nda Kanun, (Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Kanunu) Riskli Yap\u0131 ve Riskli Alanlarda bulunan yap\u0131larda ma\u011fduriyetleri gidermek i\u00e7in, anla\u015fma ile tahliye edilen yap\u0131lar\u0131n maliklerine veya malik olmasalar bile kirac\u0131 veya s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 ayni hak sahibi olarak bu yap\u0131larda ikamet edenler veya bu yap\u0131larda i\u015f yeri bulunanlara ge\u00e7ici konut veya i\u015f yeri tahsis ya da kira yard\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenlemek amac\u0131 ile olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu yasa, 01.01.2015 tarihinden itibaren \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 kira k\u0131lavuzu ile de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2014 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar ikamet \u015fart\u0131 aranmayan maliklerden kira yard\u0131m\u0131 yeni d\u00fczenleme ile tek konut olarak s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p ikamet \u015fart\u0131 getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yasan\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 2012 y\u0131l\u0131ndan 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar ikamet etmedi\u011fi halde, ba\u015fvuranlar kira bedellerini ald\u0131lar. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda ikamet etmeyip ba\u015fvuru yapanlar kira yard\u0131m\u0131 alamad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye genelinde kira yard\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 belirledi. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda 630 lira, 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda 680 lira olan kira yard\u0131m\u0131 2015\u2019te 735 TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi. 18 ay boyunca al\u0131nabilen kira yard\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 5 ayl\u0131k b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan ta\u015f\u0131nma esnas\u0131nda olu\u015fabilecek maliyetler i\u00e7in pe\u015fin olarak tahsis edilebiliyor. Maliklere 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda kira yard\u0131m\u0131 olarak 735 TL, kirac\u0131lara bir defaya mahsus olmak \u00fczere 1470 TL. , s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 hak sahiplerine de 5 ayl\u0131k kira bedeli defaten 3.675 TL. \u00f6denmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni de\u011fi\u015fiklikle M\u00fclk sahipleri ikamet ettikleri taktirde &nbsp;18 ay boyunca kira yard\u0131m\u0131 alabilmektedirler.
